How I Use Galaxy AI And Kajabi To Create Beautiful Website Graphics
If you have ever opened a blank design in Canva and thought, “Now what?”, you are not alone. Many of my clients feel the same way, especially when they are building a new course site or sales page.
I am Cheryl Cooper, Kajabi expert and AI business strategist, and I love tools that make tech feel simple and supportive. One of my favorite tools for visuals is Galaxy AI, a hidden AI gem that functions as an all-in-one platform with more than 2,900 AI tools built in.
I use it every week to create graphics for Kajabi websites, funnels, and online programs, especially for my clients who want a polished brand without spending hours in design.
The star of the show inside Galaxy AI is its AI Photo Studio, and in this post I will walk you through exactly how I use it and how you can too.
Why Galaxy AI Is one of My Secret Sources For Website Graphics
When I say Galaxy AI is a hidden gem, I mean it. Many people talk about popular AI tools, but very few mention this platform that quietly holds more than 3,500 AI tools under one roof.
If you already know Kajabi, you know how helpful an all-in-one platform can be. Galaxy AI feels similar in spirit. Instead of juggling separate apps for writing, images, and other tasks, you can choose what you need from inside one place.
For visuals, this is a big deal. As entrepreneurs, coaches, and service providers, we need:
- Website banners and hero images
- Course thumbnails and lesson graphics
- Social media images that actually match the brand
With Galaxy AI, I can sit down to work on a Kajabi site and move from idea to finished image in minutes. No long photo shoots, no stock photos that do not look like my client, and no waiting on a designer’s schedule.
The AI Photo Studio inside Galaxy AI is where that magic happens. It gives you a studio-quality experience without needing a camera, lights, or a design team.
Let us look at how it works.
Discovering The Power Of Galaxy AI’s Photo Studio
What Makes The AI Photo Studio Stand Out
Galaxy AI’s Photo Studio is the feature I return to again and again. It is designed for AI graphics, photo generators, and online image generators, all in one place.
You start with a simple prompt, then choose your model and style. Galaxy AI offers a plethora of model choices, including:
- GPTs
- Ideogram
- Leonardo
- Runway
You pick the model you want to use, choose from different styles that are listed inside the platform, and you are ready to create. The styles make it easy to shift the look, whether you want something more artistic or more realistic.
For my client work, I often choose Ideogram, because it gives me strong, photo-realistic results that look professional enough for a Kajabi homepage or sales page.
The best part is that you do not have to be a designer. You tell Galaxy AI what you want, choose a few settings, and it builds the image for you.
How It Fits Perfectly With Kajabi
I use Galaxy AI’s Photo Studio on a regular basis when I am building websites for my Kajabi clients. Many of them are speakers, coaches, consultants, or leaders who want their websites to feel personal and current.
Instead of scrolling through pages of stock photos trying to find someone who “kind of” looks like them, we create images that match:
- Their identity
- Their work setting
- Their brand colors and energy
With photo-realistic images, their sites feel far more authentic.
Here is why I love pairing Galaxy AI with Kajabi:
- Elevates brand graphics for courses, memberships, and the full online presence
- Saves time compared to traditional design or photo shoots
- Works beautifully for funnels and client sites, from opt-in pages to full programs
So when I log in to Kajabi to build out a new page, I often have Galaxy AI open right beside it. I create the hero images, supporting graphics, and even workshop visuals, then drop them straight into Kajabi.
Step-By-Step: Generating Stunning Images In Minutes
Galaxy AI is powerful, but the process itself is simple. Let me walk you through exactly how I build a new image.
Crafting The Perfect Prompt
Everything starts with a clear prompt. Here is a real example I use:
Create a black female business strategist sitting at her desk teaching in an AI workshop. Make it photo realistic.
A strong prompt helps the model understand what you want. You do not need fancy language, you just need to be clear. Here are a few simple tips.
- Be specific about the subject
Describe the person or main focus. For example, “black female business strategist” instead of “woman at a desk.” - Add action and setting
Say what is happening and where. I use “sitting at her desk teaching in an AI workshop” so the image feels dynamic, not stiff. - Specify the style
If you want something that looks real, say photo-realistic or photo realistic. That small detail changes the whole feel of the image.
Once your prompt feels clear and specific, you are ready to pick your settings.
Customizing Settings For Pro Results
After I type the prompt, I choose my settings so the final image fits my design.
Here are some of the main options I use:
- Aspect ratio and dimensions
I often choose landscape 16x9, which is roughly 1280 by 720. That is a strong size for website headers and video thumbnails. - Quality level
You can choose the quality you want. Higher quality works well for banners and hero images. - Number of images
I like to generate 3 images at a time, so I have choices. Sometimes the first option is perfect, and sometimes the third one has the right expression or pose. - Model choice
My go-to is Ideogram, especially for realistic business scenes. You can experiment with GPTs, Leonardo, or Runway too.
Once those details are set, I simply hit Go. Galaxy AI processes the request and in seconds or minutes my images appear.
Credits And Getting Started Right
Galaxy AI uses a credit system. Each generation uses a certain number of credits, depending on your settings.
In my example, I used 27 million credits for a single generation, and at that time I still had about 95 million available. I joined Galaxy AI at a very early stage, so I received a large number of credits to use over time.
Tip: If you ever have the chance to join a tool early, those bonus credits can give you room to experiment without worrying about every single click.
The credit system simply keeps track of how much you have generated, so you can plan how you use the platform.
Real Results And Quick Edits
When Galaxy AI finishes, I get a set of images that match my prompt. In this case, I received a beautiful photo of an African-American or black female business strategist at her desk.
Sometimes the aspect ratio that comes back is not exactly what I chose, and that is okay. I often take the image into Canva and resize it to fit the exact space on a Kajabi page. Canva makes it easy to crop, adjust, or add simple text on top.
Here is what I love about this process:
- You get instant, realistic images that look polished
- You do not need design skills or a background in graphics
- The files are ready for Kajabi sites, course areas, or marketing funnels
From idea to finished banner, the entire process can take just a few minutes. That speed matters when you are juggling clients, content, and life. Want to try Galaxy AI? Give it a try using my affiliate link.
